Century 21 Triangle Group

I've had several opportunities to work with this Century 21 office, and their professionalism and responsiveness were superb. Highly recommend!

I have worked in 4 different firms as a realtor and Century21 Triangle Group in Cary is the most professional and caring team I have experienced. They provide high quality training and high quality leads. The coach, Paul Smith provides professional training and is always a phone call away. I have never been do happy in my real estate career. The broker in charge Diane is helpful and caring. As the only Latino in the office I get all the Spanish speaking leads, which I love.

This is the worst real estate firm to ever do business from and they are very unprofessional!!! Don't let the fake smiles & the good fool you. Once you're lured in then the true side of things comes out. The broker in charge lets her husband (Paul Smith) dictate everything & he's only about himself & money. This place definitely isn't for anyone of color or you'll be treated differently & won't get properly trained like everyone else. Paul will talk to you like you're a bother to him or worthless especially when things aren't going right with his clients or business wise, so he'll take it out on you.

I wouldn't recommend anyone working for or with this firm, especially anyone of color. They don't have your best interest here at all. The guy that supposed to train you but doesn't (Paul Smith) is all about himself and think he can talk to you or treat you how he wants, while the broker in charge allows it since he's her husband. Don't let the fake smiles fool you & the good game they talk just to get you to sign papers just so they can get your $$.

I joined C21 in July of 2020 and I could not be happier with my choice. Being a new agent, one of the main things I was looking for was continuous training and mentoring which this office has proven to have.
