Black mothers please stay away from this guy. He may be willing to help white males but he was unwilling to help my young king. In response to my son's actions (which were not criminal but more of a cry for help) he told me to call the police because my son "was baked and is incapable of changing". Furthermore, he says this after meeting my son once for one hour. I'm so shocked and appalled that this "doctor" advised me to bring the police into my life and criminalize my own son for non criminal matters. Good thing I'm not that gullible and could see the reasons behind his recommendations. Really, would he give this advise to the parents of a white boy who was displaying the same behaviors?? ; doubt it Undercover racist. Stay away black and brown parents stay away. He only sees our kids as criminals.

I had the personal pleasure at a very unfortunate time to have met and received services from Doctor Tooley. Dr. Tooley's services also extended to my family as well. While under Dr. Tooley's care, we were treated in the utmost professional manner as expected from a highly trained and experienced medical provider. Furthermore, Dr. Tooley had taken special care and made himself unprecedentedly available to support me and my family. I read a past review for the Tooley Group and I respect that everyone may have different experiences. Please note, we are a proud African American family and I have and will continue to entrust my care, as well as my family's care with Dr. Tooley. Thank you Dr. Tooley for being honest, patient, kind, respectful, supportive, understanding, and making concessions with respect to your time and our finances. Above all, thank you for providing the care we needed to move forward with clarity and truth to promote the best outcome for my family and us as individuals.
