        I scheduled my dog to be groomed 2 months ago. 5 days before they call and say there was a mixup and they can not accommodate me and it is their fault. Instead of making it right, they offer another appointment another 2 months away! This is the second time this has happened. Not happy and will not be back. Actually has happened 3 times, but once they actually did work us in within the same week. I understand staffing issues but to finally get an appointment 4 months after scheduling is ridiculous. We already were patient enough to wait 2 months once, not twice.

        Great grooming expertise here! Other places don’t quite get it right for our golden retriever but wood gang is always awesome. Also a great spot for fancy iced dog treats, toys, and hard to find food brands.
