Massage Heights Crossroads Plaza

I've been here three times.I was extremely pleased with the service up until now. I am a member that came for my appointment. I got here on time and the lights are on, the door is locked, but no one is at the front desk. I called there was no answer. I sat and waited. I'm extremely pissed for my time being wasted and no one telling me about a cancelation or anything. I will not continue my membership with this lack of communication or consideration. I pay for this service to be relieved from stress, not to go through it after getting off from work. This is just so unprofessional

My boyfriend got massage from here and he can't stop talking about it. The staff Is amazing and the new manager Margaret Is Absouletly Wonderful!! She was so kind and took the time to make sure we both were comfortable and happy with the service. I will be back very soon!!! Love this place

They were very friendly compared some of the other chains that are very similar. The start was very welcoming and talked to me about everything- here is the catch they did not seem too pushy. Like they had memorized a speech to tell me. Like the other locations
