This location has gone further down hill since Laurie/Lori became manager. I have been a regular of the chain for years, I was at opening night on Glenwood Ave., the ORIGINAL opening night, and the private re-opening after the fire. Last night I was there, and Beth was fantastic, friendly as always and on top of it, food mediocre at best. When I realized this morning I had inadvertently left my Sox hat behind, I called and Katie informed me it wasn't there, she didn't have time to even look, said it wasn't behind the bar or in L&F. When I asked if Beth could be contacted she said they didn't have her #. I find it hard to believe they wouldn't have an employee's contact info and passed me to the manager, I reluctantly use that word to define her, who proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and Sam (Samantha) answered, I told her who I was and asked if she could attempt to resolve my problem. Less than a minute she was back and confirmed my hat was indeed there and would be waiting for me behind the hostess stand. THANK YOU SAM!!! I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and came through!! I understand now why all the good employees are moving on, way to screw it up Laurie/Lori!! WAY TO GO.... So, if you want a great experience, go to the Glenwood Ave. location, the original, OR when Sam or Beth is there and not Katie or the Non-ager

We love the rooftop seating on a nice day. It can be expensive for the quality of food but it is always good food and friendly service so we visit regularly.
