As some of the other reviewers I have been waiting for my claim since Florence. They don't return calls they don't return emails some lady evidently was so scared she had to call me from a private number to let me know she didn't know what was going on. they denied my claim on my house because I didn't lose any shingles even though I have water and mold damage. they approve my claim on my buildings but what good is that when they won't never send you a check. I was trying to be nice about it but since a lot of those shingles that I lost hit my car I believe I'm fixing to try to stick my car in there on the claim also although I won't get paid for that either.

The customer service department was exceptionally helpful resolving an issue with my policy payment and the bank that sent them the payment from my escrow. Although NCJUA was not responsible for the error in any way, they worked with me to find a solution and resolve the matter in one phone call. A special thank you to Ms. Roxann B. for her expert knowledge and help over the phone. I could not have asked for better service.

I have had insurance with this company for many years on several properties and have had 2 claims and have been extremely satisfied with the payout and performance of their claims staff as well as their customer service reps.

The absolute worst place and People to deal with to handle your insurance needs....................Totally unprofessional for there reps to laugh over the claims you are trying to receive... They forget we pay there salary..........................................................................
