Was easy getting my policy set up. We called Tonya and she handled sending my cancelation notice to my provider and set me up on automatic draft and electronic policy updates. And she is saving me money! The process was smoother than any other insurance I have been with. I highly recommend her agency.

Tonya Austin was very rude and hung up on me because I didn't want to give information about my previous insurance provider. She was not very friendly giving me an quote for my auto insurance. She even asked me, "Why are you calling?" Allstate customer service really sucks!
