A fabulous experience! I called from out of state with a same-day birthday delivery request. I was rather frantic, as an order I had placed two weeks earlier with a national floral company somehow got lost in translation. The owner was calm, reassuring and tremendously helpful in helpiing me narrow down my choice from a range of beautiful arrangements they have online. He estimated a delivery time within a two and half hour window from my call, and voila, the gorgeous flowers arrived right on time. Many thanks to The Flower Cupboard. I will gladly order from you again.
