      • 1980s Time Capsule

        This place, employees, and managers suck. I got double charged for 2 different transactions due to the cc machine broke down and was not told until after it was missing from my bank. My bank is in the negative.After driving there and calling twice it was basically swept under the rug saying they could not reimburse the amount from my bank in the store and I had to call a 1800 number which they could not help due to it being my bank. My second trip to speak to a manager (Andrea) did no good as was told it will be days if at all for it to be back in my account. I ended up calling my bank to file a dispute. Stay away from this store if you dont want to be ripped off without a solution. I will never go back there again

        I usually shop at the Crossroads Kohl's in Cary, NC. Even though they have greatly reduced the amount of stock in the store and reduced the number of employees, I am always able to get help and usually able to get what I am looking for. The employees are friendly and efficient. Sometimes, you want to TOUCH or try on something before you buy it, and therefore, you want to shop in an actual store rather than online.
