Fresca Cafe & Gelato

Ordered an iced caramel coffee and requested whipped cream. I also asked for water with ice. When I went to pick up my order the young girl was on the phone telling someone that she had customers and had no time to talk on the phone for a long period of time and didn’t offer to place them on hold. She then began to make my coffee and handed me just iced coffee with caramel no creamer and no whipped cream. When I asked for creamer she handed it over to me to serve myself at that point the cup was filling over and I had to ask for another coffee. As well she forgot to give me water like I asked. They definitely need some help with customer service and preparing coffee.

Extremely rude! They asked me to leave my table while working and seat in the bar so that they can serve food on my table. They have reserved tables for serving food and this was not one of them. I wanted to order lunch later but if paying more money is what makes owners respect you I would rather find another coffee shop, so I left and will not go back! Reply: There was no "Reserve" sign on my table and it was a table for two! Yes, the server was polite. The act of relocating someone when they are settled is not!

Food was good, but employees were not wearing their masks properly. Their noses were constantly out and at times they took off the mask entirely to eat and drink in the middle of serving customers. Prior to the pandemic I was a regular customer and I was excited to see that Fresca was open; however, after the disregard for safety I saw today I will not be coming back. Very disappointed.
