Got the job to go pick up a preload at the yard nearby, after the day it was supposed to be ready.nearly 24 hrs later it wasnt ready. Guard at the drop location where they bring the loaded trls was very nice and gave me the address for the packing location to check for it therewhich I shouldnt have to do THEIR JOB and mine.but looking at the location, glad I decided to park nearby because empty night the other reviews make it seem like a nightmare over there. Skip this place. If you see it, put in blinders and drive on by.

I delivered here today. It is very disorganized so be prepared you have to navigate through a bunch of trailers depending on where you are going. The people are helpful. And the parking is tight because its a lot going on Oil etc

I have just purchased a Box of the assorted, Austin, food, quality crackers. Also, upon opening them, I found ants within the packaging and NO THIS PACKAGE WAS FULLY SEALED ALL AROUND BUT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT THERE ARE ANTS ALL WITHIN THE PACKAGING THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY I HAVE PAID , BUT I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY FURTHER FROM AUSTIN QUALITY FOODS. If you would like to contact me, I would appreciate it but as far as for me and my family are concerned we will not be buying any more products that have to do with Austin quality foods.

The place is absolute nightmare to navigate if you have anything bigger than day cab. Workers attitude is that of kings looking down at their servants. And god help you if you are white - you screwed. They dont talk to you, you are expected to know where to go and what to do and how to go about getting it done.
