Went in and the hostess didn't know how to unlock the tablet. A waitress came by and showed her but then talked about how the kitchen put a hault to new customers for a minute. Waitress explained they do that when they don't want to work... in front of me. I gladly waited but the two sat there and talked about how all the waitresses were stealing tables. Not off to a good start so u walked out. Went to outback for fantastic service. Get em trained

Food was ok, but took awhile to get our food. Our food was cold when were got it. It was unfortunate, because it looked like a great place. Food : 3/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5

We ordered takeout from this O'Charley's and I can confidently say that we'll never visit or order from this one again. One order of the club sandwich was incredibly soggy on the bottom and had the texture of a wet mop. Another order was the half rack of ribs and chicken tenders. My goodness. It was a pathetic attempt at ribs and greasy chicken. At least the bread rolls always seem to be good.
