        Stay away from this company. I canceled my order and they still charge my card and shipped the item. To return it and get a refund I had to go through hell and I had to pay to ship it back.

        ***Red Flag*** I knew something was fishy when they asked us to PRE-PAY $220 to send a tech. They promised our wheelchair lifts would be fixed for $220.00. Needless to say, a part must be ordered, which is understandable, but now they are asking for another $125 service call. If the part ordered does not fix the issue, I must pay another fee. This is coming from the supervisor of the company named Joe. They now operate under a company called Delstal, too. Customers should not be penalized for the company's lack of knowledge.
