Crystal Clear Pools and Spas

I visited Crystal Clear Pools and Spas to get a quote for a pool. The lady was very straight forward and honest about the timeline as to when we will receive call to meet with her team for a quote. I appreciate her honesty and straight forward approach. I met the owner and his son they were very helpful and gave us a quote with no BS. No pressure sales nor did they make us feel we had to make a decision within days or we would be at the bottom of the list because they were to busy. I have called and visited other pool companies who were less responsive made us feel they could care less about gaining another customer.

I called Crystal Clear Pools late last summer to install an inground pool. There was quite a wait list due to everyone deciding to do staycations, I guess. They told me I would be 4th on the list for the new year when the weather broke. Since we had a mild winter and decent weather they were able to put me 1st and today the liner and water are going in. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to get in!!! They were so easy to work with and I just could not have asked for a better experience. Very professional, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks so very much!!!!
