        They are impossible to get in touch with also the lady doing the pictures was very rude and turned something that was supposed to be a Happy time into a bad experience

        I arrived early and was first to present my kids for pictures at the designated time. They are virtual students so we were told to come after school between 3:15-4:30. The young lady looked up my students name, said stand on the red feet and then said "you're done". She's a second grader so I asked if she was sure she got a good one. She snapped the camera again and said, "you're done" the same with my third grader. We spent 60.00 on pictures today and got thirty seconds of their time.
