Ive been living here for 15 months and am loving it here, there are always events in the leasing office and the gym has a sufficient amount of equipment for good workouts. Only problems are that it takes leasing center time (sometimes months) to address issues. Gym equipment was broken for at least 5-6 months before we got support and the coffee machine goes out of service pretty often.

While it is a very nice complex, do NOT try to apply to this location. They use a 3rd party company to run credit checks and they do not take any human factors into consideration and the company is not willing to work with individuals on any kinds of considerations for approvals. Do NOT waste your time. Also, their application and admin fee are signifigantly higher than other complexes so do not waste your money because it will also take 30 days to get any of that back. Thanks for treating someone as less than or subpar based on situations that a 3rd party know nothing about and unwilling to work with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING HERE PERIOD!

I've lived here for over a year now, and it's been a positive experience. The staff is quick to respond to any needs, making living here hassle-free. The residents are friendly and quiet, creating a pleasant community atmosphere. Regular events hosted by the staff bring us together and make everyone feel welcome. Most importantly, I feel safe here, making it a great place to call home.
