      image Was the worst experience in this hotel. The first time 4 moth’s ago was Ok, but this weekend was my second time staying at Tru- but honestly the cleaning service are disgusting and worst. Friday when I enter the room the floor was dirty and the air conditioner filter were full of dust. Definitely, I would never stay here again, I not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk attention was Ok, just the first day was a nice and gentle guy who welcomed me with manners, but the rest, they don’t event ask you if you need anything.
