I ordered flowers for a sweet sixteen. I repeatedly requested carnations (cheap sub) instead of the fragile little lilies. The sales person repeatedly assured me that the carnations would be used. When my granddaughter sent me the photo, there were mostly the small lillies and a couple of carnations. The bouquet was not nearly as nice as the image shown on the site. I ordered a $60 bouquet and a $6.99 balloon which was about my budget. After quite some time on the phone, she was entering my card number and told me the service fee added was $19.99!! There was no noticeable service fee on the site. Overall, I will not use or trust this florist again.

Very nice place to buy and have flowers delivered! Friendly service and will arrange flowers anyway you want them. I highly recommend Roxie's Florist !!
