        I call AAA for my broke down car ....it's broke down in front of an auto repair shop. Since the repair shop is closed and they can't verify if money is owed on my car, they cancel my tow. THEY WEREN'T CLOSED TWO HOURS AGO WHEN I PUT THE REQUEST FOR SERVICE IN. The lady that cancelled my request and refused to help was rude as hell and if this is what AAA Carolinas is all about, i'll never sign up again. What kind of service is this? Why am i paying for this service if you can't help or work with me in my time of need? When the request was initially put in, I let them know it was an Auto place. The WORST!
