The whole team was so wonderful with my CH kitty. They did everything they could for her and saved her life. The location is great, very professional and clean. Did not have to wait moths out to get her an appointment. Dr. Tickles was wonderful. 100% recommend.

I am honestly not pleased with this place. Every time I go inside the office, the front women seem hostile towards me at least. They are not helpful AT ALL! All I went inside was to ask a question about next guard and they made me move my car out of the way for fedex while it was raining and fedex didn’t even need me moving. They ran to give them meds I suppose and they rather me park further and walk/run in the rain. I obviously just left. That is not good customer service. I work in customer service which is why I am leaving a review to let management there know they need better service. I will no longer give my money to this business. Just wanted to be honest and give my personal experience.
