Arby's

Most digusting place I've ever stepped foot in. No one cleans the lobby, you basically stick to the floor, and the employees and or management are rude. Cussed me out and they don't wear gloves when they make your food. Becareful. You might walk away with something you didn't go in there with.

Person working the window never said a word, put his hand out for the money and handed out what they called food. Sandwiches were absolutely cold. The drinks were warmer than the sandwiches. Absolutely the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten at any Arby's. No napkins either. They parked us to wait on our food, only to bring out cold Beef and cheddar sandwiches. Horrible service.

Terrible service! The sob taking orders was so rude, he didn't even take our order. The lobby was closed and apparently having one car in the drive thru is over load for this guy. Find a new job since you obviously don't know how to do your job

The food is horrible. I was served raw chicken that I waited 30 plus minutes for. The service is horrendous and I do NOT recommend eating here when you visit our town

I had a great time at the Bryson City Arby's. The staff was very kind. The lady working the window had a lovely energy and made the experience quick, and the food was excellent! The handsome gentleman who brought the bags out to my window gave excellent service as well. Thanks a bunch!
