Mr Smokestack Chimney Service

Andrew and Drew were the two installers. They were very professional, conscientious, courteous, and knowledgable young men. And they were very pleasant to deal with. They installed a new wood burning stove on the hearth of our existing fireplace, running a stove pipe up the chimney and all else it involves. We have used it 6 or so times so far and all is working wonderfully. We really appreciate their know-how.

Very impressed with the technician's politeness, skill and energy. However, I was surprised when he climbed 51' up to the top of my roof to take a picture of the top of the chimney without a harness, roof hook ladder or gloves. My roof has a 12/12 pitch, so that is 45 degrees. He had to pinch the edge of a few tiles to pull himself up to the very top because of the steepness. An OSHA inspectpr would have had a heart attack watching this. Service: Chimney flue cleaning
