        For the second time in six months Ive been left in a room for an hour or more. Today I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment(I have had some concerning health issues) upon arrival I checked in with the two sweet ladies up front. I was taken back to my room to sit for an hour. I eventually went to the front desk and asked if I was forgottenthen I was informed Carla Kimmel would like to reschedule my appointment. No one came to tell me this while waiting for this long alone I had to find out myself. I then waited for the office manager to come talk with me and he never came out. I left my number for him to call me and he never called me. Disappointed and definitely not trusting my care here.
