        Canyon's.....? It's now the ridge line bar. We came at 3pm so it wasn't packed, however it was on the busy side. Drinks came fast wait staff was professional and friendly. The Ridge Line Burger ( times 3 ) was different from the others, and the French dip was lack luster. But 3 outta 4 ain't bad.

        Waited almost 2 hours after being seated for lunch for our food to arrive. The toddler was as patient as she could be. After a hour I had to insist that they bring out the kid's food. They told us the kitchen was behind. When we asked for an estimate for the food they kept saying repeatedly "20 min". We saw several tables seated after us get their food. We asked for the owner. He said that bc we ordered burgers that it takes longer. Seriously? We won't be back.
