If only their was a 0 star, my husband had his 1rst drs appointment there this morning they didn't tell us about his $4 copay they waited till we got there and I'm having to wait for my new bank card to come in the mail and we told them that and that didn't matter so we will be finding another Dr one who I will make sure about a co pay so I wouldn't recommend this place at all oh and tge wait time can be as long as 3 hours just in tge waiting room!

Need all chairs to have handles, most their clients are elderly. Hard to get up at the chairs, and stop making app for elderly at 9 and don't get seen till 11:00

Took me as a new patient about a year ago. It's hard to.find a Dr office worth 5 stars. Pros: Fully equipped to perform any tests on site Staff has been friendly Dr Reddy seems receptive Appt reminders are nice Patient portal is great tool Cons: WAIT TIME!!! I've seriously considered looking for another Dr office due to wait times alone. It makes no sense to schedule appointments if they cannot keep the appointments on time. Missing work to make an appointment is always tough, but setting an expectation with your work regarding your doctor appointment, and then being out of work for hours longer... thats a problem. I have sat in the waiting room for 30 min or more after my appointment time. Then after triage I usually get stuck in a second waiting area for at least another 30 min. If there are additional tests like blood work, you end up in a 3rd waiting room for another 30 min or more after seeing the Dr. This seems like an easy problem to fix... don't schedule as many appointments. It's hard for me to understand how the office hasn't noticed that patients are being triaged well after their appointment time. Surely if they had a nail or hair appointment, and got the same treatment as we are, they would not tolerate it. However, finding a good doctor is tough, so I haven't jumped ship just yet!
