To say that Ive been impressed by my experience with All Insurance Services and more importantly Erik Riedesel would be an understatement. We were connected as a result of an oversight on my part. Erik literally burned the midnight oil in order to rectify my situation. Working both past business hours and the weekend to make sure Id be ok. Erik communicated with all relevant parties on my behalf and kept me abreast of every move he made as he was doing it. Amazing communication and an absolute understanding of the urgency I was in. Erik Riedesel is the best thing thats happened to our businesses insurance in a very long time. .

We would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. We were with them for two years and we had to change because of their incompetencies. We requested a quote to renew our policy 3 months before the renewal date and even when the policy ended we didnt even get the new quote, and this was bad for our business. We changed from this company and they told us that we were cleared with no outstanding balances. Five month after we changed from this company we got a letter stating that we have and outstanding balance and if we do not pay this balance, they will send it to collections. Very unacceptable for business.
