I am utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism by Dr. Godel's office. Although I and my wife are established patients with Dr. Godell, when I called a week ago with a badly broken tooth, I was scheduled to have it examined the next Friday (4 days later).
I was told on the day of the appointment they wouldn't be able to even examine me till July 27th (almost a month later) and even then wouldn't be able to me treat my broken tooth till after that.
The receptionist lied saying that she told me it would be almost a month before they would examine me and that they couldn't help me till then.
I will just drive to Charlotte and be seen faster at a honest dentist office. Don't waste your time pr money with them with them!
