I was browsing for a used Toyota 4Runner when I found one at Keith Hawthorne Ford, that was in my price range of what I was looking for. After sending in my inquiry, I was set up immediately with a sales member named Chris Laws who was asking me all kinds of questions about my trade in car. I was able to get an appointment with Chris the same day for a test drive and sit down to meet Chris. When I got to the dealership, Chris had the 4Runner that I was interested in parked right up front waiting for me. He greeted me with so much knowledge and went over all of the specs of this vehicle before taking it out for a spin. I know buying a new car is a process, but while I was there for several hours processing my trade in and getting the final numbers right, Chris was extremely pleasant, courteous, and reassuring that he was going to do everything he could to get me this vehicle. I have never had the excellent customer service at a dealership like I did with Chris and the rest of the team! They were all super helpful and so nice to deal with. I will absolutely recommend everyone I know to Keith Hawthorne Ford of Belmont, and tell them to speak to Chris! Thank you guys for making my new purchase as easy as possible!!

Bought my 2023 Raptor from them around then end of 2023. Fast forward a few months down the road and my Raptor starts giving me issues throwing all kinds of codes. I have taken my truck to the service dept 4 times for this issue and they continue to tell me that NOTHING is wrong with my truck. After the second and third time I began asking what else can be done and they continue to tell me nothing. Also note that this truck has a bumper to bumper warranty. The service dept is horrible and does not even care. Pics are also attached to show as proof, which has also been provided to the service dept. And yet they see nothing wrong. Highly recommended finding another ford dealership to work with if you are trying to find a ford vehicle. They just want to sell you a vehicle and then dont follow up from there. Edit to add: just called the dealership at 3:58 to speak with the GM as they requested of course hes out of the office and not taking any messages!
