Blue Ridge Restaurant Equipment

Staff here is great, prices are competitive both shoping localy or online. I needed a part and it was cataloged at, $50 and 3 week delivery, they called over to the shop to see if they had a used one. They did not but one of the guys ftom the shop sent me to lowes and a replacement part that would work and in stock for under $5. No one takes care of customers like this anymore. A real throw to a sense of community and taking care of our neighbors.

I have previously worked with Blue Ridge Restaurant Equipment on previous work in our commercial kitchen. However, for a recent smaller job. I have called several times, been promised a call, and have not received a response. I have given up. Only call them if you are going to spend big$$$. They seem not to care about maintaining customer relationships.

New and used equipment at lower prices than the local competition. They were helpful and friendly. Update: still a great place to check for lower priced restuarant equipment. They seem to be fairing ok with current supply chain issues.
