This pizza is the bomb... and everybody who works there is a down to earth individual. Get yourself a slice,the price is right!

Good pizza but the employees and owner just go outside and smoke pet dogs and dont wash their hands. Don't come in at 7:30 to order because they close at 8pm and will tell you to hurry up.

The staff have always been really nice, and the pizza delicious. 3 bucks a slice is worrisome until you realize it's 1/6 of a pie vs. 1/8. But the owner.... man! He is extremely rude and curt to his employees, and he doesn't go out of his way to be kind to his customers if you know what I mean. I haven't been there without having to hear him talk down to someone. I try to avoid him in both locations, he's usually downtown during the day and uptown in the eves.... but it's not always a guarantee. That and the unfortunate fact that there aren't slices ready to rip... expect to wait there for 10 or 15 minutes if you want a slice. That ain't NY style Jimbo!! (I prefer Favilla's... despite its deplorable location, their pizza is just about as delicious, it's cheaper, you can walk in and get your slice in a minute, they have the classic two slice special, a variety of daily specials, and the staff is always kind.)

Love this place. Best pizza (outside of Blue Mountain Pizza in Weaverville) in Asheville. However, the owner is SUPER RUDE! Also, be aware that they've changed drink companies (from Coke to Pepsi) and how they hand out drink cups. It used to be that they would give you a to-go cup no matter what you ordered. Now they have plastic cups and - despite paying 2 bucks for a drink - won't give you a to-go cup if you ask... instead, they'll be incredibly rude and demeaning.
