I am so surprised to see any negative reviews of this practice as I have found it to be welcoming, efficient and professional over several years. I have received wonderful care from NP Virginia Hauser and Dr Sarah Cash as well as from their assistants like Heather and Courtney and from the front desk staff as well. Waits are not long and the practitioners take all the time needed to address one's needs. Plus the facility itself is very comfortable and well organized. I also especially appreciate the portal - very easy to use. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an expert and caring family (and specialty) practice.

Went to this Dr. Rouchard for perimenopause and depression symptoms. He did a urine test first to determine if he would help me.. I am 420 friendly and didn't mention it. He called me and rudely explained the test results and i told him i smoked. I didn't smoke again after that. He refused to give me another urine test, but accused me of being a drug addict, labeled me as such, and refused further treatment. I can't even get pain medication now for 8 kidney stones because he labeled me a drug addict..

I have gone to this doctor's for years with my family. After the recent switch to Advent Health they no longer care for their patients. I paid $700 for labs, I thought this was routine labs after being called in for months to recieve them and was not given the cost before hand. My doctor Virginia Houser asked me personally if I would like to recieve a call or email about my results. I said please call me. After two weeks of people at this office telling me my results were online and explaining to them I was not a doctor and do not know how to read blood marker information I finally recieved a call from a nurse telling me they found nothing. Now I have paid $700 for nothing. Since they took so long to get me information on my results I will have to pay a specialist to do the labs again. I will never be back to this place and I grew up going to this doctor's office. The only person who still cares about his patients is John Richard.
