Falcon Construction completed our custom home project in autumn of 2015. You will find pictures in the "Residential" section of the Falcon website. We are still delighted, 18 months later. David and the entire Falcon crew were great to work with throughout our project -- from initial survey, structure design, road design and construction (it was a mountain site), and all phases of the building project itself. David has many years of construction experience, he has an excellent design eye, and he has collected an extensive professional network that he can call on as needed for unique issues and special requests. We frequently requested David's comment on design decisions through the project, and we went with his suggestions more often than not. The Falcon project managers kept us informed, included us in all critical decision points, and kept the process moving. The subcontractors were first-rate, most of them had long-term relationships with Falcon. I don't wish to tackle a project of this scale again, but if I did I would choose Falcon again without hesitation. I expect to call them for smaller projects, because I know the quality they will deliver.

The people at Falcon are thoughtful and thorough. My renovation project is midway complete & they've been helpful & patient. I recommend them especially if you're looking for quality work & careful scrutiny of how the budget is being handled.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Falcon Construction just finished our house and we couldn't be happier. They truly exceeded our expectations. From the day they broke ground to the day we moved our furniture in, David and his team were there 100%. We first met David while touring his house at the parade of homes a couple years ago. Both my husband and I really liked his personality, he seemed very knowledgeable, genuine, approachable and honest and after a year of working with him and his team we can say we weren't wrong when we hired them to build our dream home. Falcon’s entire team was amazing, the kind of people who care not so much about their bottom line but about the client's bottom line and the quality of the entire project. Experience matters and they have it. David, Josh, Mark and the entire team are amazing! I would absolutely hire them again. Great builder!

We hired David Ross in 2012 to do a major renovation to our home in North Asheville. His work has been consistently exceptional. He found the best trades for us. He maintained the project within our budget. Many of the custom features were his suggestions and designs. Our home will be featured in Carolina Home and Garden so take a look for yourself.

They have caused a vast amount of environmental damage by abandoning the Biltmore Terrace development that was started and left to dump tons of silt into homeowners yards and the Swannanoa River.
