I ordered a very large and somewhat expensive flower arrangement with latex balloons, chocolate, and a bear for my sister who was in the hospital on her birthday waiting on cancer test results. She was very surprised, but I was a little underwhelmed by what they sent. I gave them feedback when I found out some of the stuff hadn't made the trip. They responded and stated that they had a supply chain issue and would rectify it as soon as possible. Well, my mom messaged me today and said that my sister was blown away by what they sent. They more than made up for the issue and I couldn't be more pleased. I am in Arizona and can't be there and because of Blossom's attention to my sister, I am smiling at her pictures and reaction to the deliveries. I am very happy and will use Blossom again, without hesitation.

Terrible service! Ordered flowers on 18th sent email late that evening saying it will have to be delivered next day! Then got phone call next day that it will be delayed another day! Canceled my order!
Will not recommend this place!

Total scam operation! Ordered flowers to be delivered next day. 24 hours later instead of delivery confirmation on Saturday afternoon during long weekend I get a call that my order cannot be delivered till Tuesday but if I pay extra they can have someone else deliver. Bunch of excuses but pay extra. Nobody else to talk to no manager just a single employee apparently that knows nothing.
UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Contact the customer timely to notify you cannot fulfill the order. Not after the delivery was already expected to be done and ask for more money!

I had the worst experience possible and am considering lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Ordered before 9 a.m. an express delivery to be delivered by 1:00 p.m., delivery never confirmed. Was hung up on three times and attempts at online chat were never answered. Very disappointed and want a full refund.
Review update. More than 24 hours after my order was placed I received a call and updated information that my order was indeed delivered on time. I appreciate the follow up even though it was not very timely.
