Gawain and his crew did a great, green job for me, and I recommend them highly. He renovated part of my basement, and I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to environmentally sustainable products and approaches. I like Gawain as a neighbor and friend as well. Honest and reliable.

Had Gawain and his crew do a major kitchen renovation, finish a bonus room, refinish our wood floors, move washer & dryer, and spray insulate around the foundation band in our basement. Great quality and the work was done within quoted budget.

Smart Builders have done a lot of work for us on our house in Mars Hill. They put in a wrap around porch, designed and installed a large octagonal window, a new dining room, extended our deck, put in a small loft in one of the bedrooms, and built a carport under the deck. Overall my family loves the work they did for us. The porch, deck, loft, and carport are well built and innovative. The large window is a special feature that is beautiful and lets in natural light to our log cabin. The crew were friendly and easy to work with.
