    Service was fast and efficient. However, they are Rude! No thank yous' or smikes, just, "take your food, person..." sort of attitude. Please get some workers in here who see their customers as human beings.

    Indifferent  customer service. Not great food, not sure if they make anything from scratch. Only positive is that egg drop and sweet sour soup is good.Every time i go in there they seem like i am bothering them. Not friendly at all.

    Very disappointing! I worked late and arrived at 8:45 pm to pick up my order and they had already closed up on a Friday night. I got my food through a glass window door. The lady gave me the slip to fill out for the bank card. I had already ordered online and left a good 20% tip. While I was trying to sign it, she held on to the slip which was stapled to the menu and almost grabbed it out of my hands while I was signing in a very rude hasty manner- like she was rushing me out. I didn't say anything, but thanked her. But, was very offended after being a customer. So, for the food- quality-the food was even more disappointing. The rice had chicken that was barely cooked with onions- no real vegetable ingredients like classic fried rice with peas, carrots, &/or eggs, etc. And, the flavor was not good, way over salted and the egg rolls were so hard they were inedible. A huge red flag for Chinese take-out in North Asheville. Bad Quality and Customer Service. Horrible, they should close their business for sure-  ;(

    Egg roll was cold inside, Gen Joes chili greasy, tasted freezer burn. Chef/host/ cashier was brusk & unfriendly. Ill never be back.
