Delicious! Wonderfully fresh ingredients, grown locally, cooked to perfection! We had the breakfast pot pie and the breakfast tacos, and they were simply divine!

This place was absolutely amazing. Went here when I was in town visiting family, and now I literally dream about the Pimpin' fried chicken sandwhich! Will definitely be going back everytime I'm in Ashville. Highest quality ingredients, friendly service, clean facility. I do however wish there was more seating options as this place definitely seems to always be packed.

This place was awesome and the service was excellent. It feels like you are in someone's home getting served food with love from a staff that is happy to be there.

At first glance Homegrown is a small quaint little restaurant. This was our first time at Homegrown. We were a little confused when we walked in because we werent sure if we seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We asked a staff member who very kindly instructed us that we pick from the very large menu on the wall then order at the counter and take the given number to our seats and they will bring our food out (similar to chick-fil-a). Also the silverware, condiments, and salt/pepper are at a centralized location that you help yourself with. There were 4 in our party and we each ordered something different (buttermilk fried chicken with mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes, pimpin chicken sandwich with fries, Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries, and fried catfish with fries and Shelby slaw) we also ordered banana pudding to go. Overall the food was very good the only complaint was the catfish had a thick breading on it but other than that we all really enjoyed everything. I must mention that the banana pudding was phenomenal! Overall this was a great little place that we will visit again next time we are in the area.
