        Terry the service technician did an amazing job fixing my garage door! He was very professional, made good recommendations on what my door truly needed to continue working properly, and he fixed it very quickly. I was very pleased with my experience with RCI doors.

        We bought doors for our garage and shop. We had a great experience with both. The doors look great and function perfectly. The staff was very helpful and the technicians that installed, Ronnie and Robbie, were stellar. They couldnt have been any nicer and did a great job.

        I would absolutely recommend RCI Doors. I contacted them on a holiday to explain my issues: a broken spring, key pad replacement and align the sensors. Terry Pugh arrived first thing the next morning and went to work. He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate the service he provided and will contact them again if needed.

        Just had my garage door serviced by Terry. Even though the unit is 28 years old, he didn't just say it has to be replaced, he actually found the problems & fixed them, then greased the tracks where it needed to be greased, and tested several times. Well worth the money (especially if you don't really want to buy a new unit)! Thanks!
