I cannot speak highly enough about Factory Direct Hobbies customer service. I purchased a BLI K4 and it would not run. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out right away. Turns out BLI had a QC issue and the second one had the same problem. Factory Direct Hobbies bent over backwards to make sure I ended up with a good locomotive and that I was happy. In a day and age when online retailers can be a little suspect it is refreshing to find a store that provides old school customer first service. I highly recommend Factory Direct Hobbies!
