Rusty came out because of a terrible smell thinking it was a dead animal. . He took apart the ducts but couldn't find anything. He came back in house because we could still smell something. Then he opened the electric panel and that was where the smell was coming from. Rusty averted a potential electrical fire as one of the breakers was melting. I am so thankful for his diligence in finding the problem.

Rusty came out and was able to retrieve the two dead squirrels I had stuck in a very awkward spot in my chimney. Very through and quick to respond! I highly recommend this company for any issues you may encounter!

IM SO VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED! I had a bird manage to get into my pellet stove chimney and then into the stove itself, getting wedged in the fan turbine! Rusty responded quickly to my calls and assured me he was familiar with pellet stoves and agreed to come try removing the animal. I was afraid of the service call cost but more afraid of having an animal die in my stove so I agreed to let Rusty come try and help. SUCH A GOOD DECISION! He was patient with me and my anxiety of the situation. Worked hard to get the blue jay out without hurting it worse than it already was, and even took it to an animal rehab person to try and save its life! EVEN BETTER! He fixed the screen on the stove vent to prevent this happening again and fixed the other chimney hood to prevent future problems with that area! All this was done for a MORE THAN REASONABLE PRICE, quality work and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE beyond what I could have hoped for! Not only did Rusty solve my right then problem, but prevented future issues and worked hard to make sure all this happened without breaking the bank! So grateful!
