Advance Community Health - Apex

I have been going to Apex Advance site for years. This is a wonderful caring group of people. From the front desk ladies to the nurses who are always professional to the PAs who we are lucky enough to have serve us. I feel blessed to find such a great and experienced group of caregivers.

Whenever I called advance, Community, the front guy whoever pick up the call whenever we make a call he always give me such a hard time telling about the Hyppa policy because I always call behalf of my parents and he never transfer my call to anyone if I have to talk to the billing department or any other people please change your policy or he needs to stop it every time needs to tell me about the Hyppa policy. I have signed it already for my parents that they dont know English. When someone from the community called me about the appointment, then they dont ask for Hyppa why he does always ask for a Hyppa policy.

I've been with Advance community health firmly rock quarry family medicine in Apex n.c. is the best. Dr Zhaid and the Staff are friendly and very polite. I've personally never had a unpleasant visit.

I've been a patient of Advance Community Health for many years. I'll be honest, until the last year or two I dreaded going there but I had no other choice. I saw so many different provider's that every trip became a stressful, anxiety filled trip. Having to start all over again describing my health issues, duration, medication taken for it, and etc, practically every visit. It was disheartening because I never felt the doctors took the time to understand my complicated medical issue, and the impacts it has on my daily life. Every one of the doctors I saw would instantly, on first visit, begin to change my medications based on their personal beliefs, and limited knowledge of my condition. I literally left after each visit feeling far worse then when I arrived. Now, Fast forward to 2023 and it's a whole different story. They finally have a permanent Doctor, Mr. Tannir, that is great! Make no mistake, he's no pushover. He is amazing to talk to, very understanding, and actually takes the time to research complicated medical issues like mine. The whole atmosphere has changed at the Apex site in the last couple of years (2021 - 2023). The building is being slowly renovated, the staff are friendly, the nurses are amazing, and Mr Tannir is a breath of fresh air in the place! I actually enjoy my visits now, and no longer leave feeling upset, stressed, and filled with Anxiety. Thank you Advance Community Health, and thank you Mr Tannir!
