For anyone that goes there who needs nitrous. Do not let them tell you they dont have it because they do.with all due respect. They lied to me after assuring me that they had it. They told me the state took it out a long time ago. The real reason is due to a pregnant worker. I called back a month later after being lied to and accidentally being told the truth by another worker that they do have nitrous. Then I was told. Now there are two pregnant workers so we really cant use it. They wasted my time. The first time they seemed nice but after that day I was just sent out the door. Its not a maternity ward with all due respect. Its a dental office.i already made a complaint to the board of dentistry.Also I have seen and have evidence oof them treating Medicaid patients differently.

Today was our 1st visit at the Apex, NC location. I must say the staff was very informative and curtious. We felt welcomed from the start. Both of my boys stated they loved this location (which they've never said about a dentist office before). Service provided was great and we didn't feel rushed along. We were treated like patients and not just a number. We will definitely return. They even have a big comfortable couch in the office. Be careful because you will fall asleep due to the warm cozy environment and the comfy couch. I give them 10 Stars! Check them out! Thanks Lane & Associates- Apex you guys rock!

This is by far the best dental visit ever in life my kids really enjoyed their time here the whole building is nice and clean top notch

Dr Pal and team are fantastic and I always have positive experience at their office. They are very friendly and make me feel comfortable and take good care of me.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, however when it came to cleaning my teeth I noticed they missed a couple spots when coming back home. I called them and they were willing to fix it, so I went back and they were nice about it and admitted their mistake. I thought this was a one-off but shortly after I found another little spot that wasn't cleaned. Ive never had anything like this happen before at any other practices and this was my first time visiting this one. Ultimately Ive decided to just pay out of pocket at a different practice to get my teeth re-cleaned to avoid any issues down the line should there be anything else not as visible. This could just have been an off day for them, no idea, seems to have pretty good reviews other than this.
