I would rate this company at 0 IF POSSIBLE do not recommend them for anything! they steal your money by claiming they do SEO and they don't do a thing. They also claim not to work with competitors in the area which is a lie! So what they will do is over charge you for website and then duplicate it for the next company that calls them in your area.... They Claim they know how to run SEO but are duplicating website which tanks performance on search engine when two local companies have the same website/copy and content.... What a joke of a company. FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO USE THEM DO NOT! AND IF YOU ARE HAVING THEM DO ANYTHING FOR YOU FROM GOOGLE ADS TO SEO HAVE AN AD EXPERT DO AN ACCOUNT AUDIT/SEO AUDIT.... THANK ME LATER... WILL BE IN TOUCH LATER ON!

Unfortunately not an honest company that sticks to their word. I had higher expectations of them since they are so well known in the junk removal industry. Couldn't make it to junk Con due to a family emergency. I requested a refund and was guaranteed a refund for the two tickets purchased. I was told I would be getting a call back to process it. That never happened. I later reached out about utilizing call center service's for my company. Since the refund never came and I hadn't heard anything I mentioned it while inquiring about call center service's. To which I'm told now after being promised a refund that the books are closed and they will not honor refund. They seem more than happy to take your money but can't stick behind their word. I will be looking elsewhere for a call center .

JRA has been a game changer when it comes to providing us with SEO/Google ads services! We have been enrolled for about 7 full months now and Im very please with the results! They have kept us updated about our progress on a monthly basis and whenever I have a question I know they are just on call/text away! Also, Melissas training course was an eye opener and has been very helpful to us on how to answer phone calls for our business!! Much thanks to Shane, Mike, Jasmine, Garret and Sarah for their work ethic!
