I called this office by mistake. Gave female that answered the phone my private information such as date of birth and so on. I have never ever called a professional doctors office and couldn’t half understand the female that was working the front desk. Please get professional employees that speak clearly and don’t act like when they have to answer the phone that you are bothering them. Thank God I called the wrong office!!!

Don't make Allison your general physician if you have more mental illnesses than anxiety or diagnosed depression. Incredibly harmful due to lack of knowledge on how to handle eating disorder patients, patients with undiagnosed depression, or those with mental health struggles that are not a fan of therapy.

I have been going to this office since 2014. Allison Alexander, PA is amazing. The care taken is great. If you miss a call it does sometimes turn into phone tag after an appointment but other than that I have never had an issue. They are kind and courteous. I would recommend them. I got in a car accident last year and did not want to go to the hospital and they saw me within 5mins of me entering into the lobby unscheduled.

I have been a patient with this office for nearly 10 years. The doctors are very attentive when you get the opportunity to see them. The front desk is horrible. I have been waiting on a return call for 2 days. I have called several times with no answer. This is not the first time I have experienced this. As bad as I hate to, I have no choice but to search for a new doctor.

I've tried calling this place for nearly 30 minutes and I still did not get an answer! This is a bit frustrating considering that they seem to hardly ever be busy. What is the purpose of the receptionist/front desk associate if he or she isn't answering the line and addressing the needs of those people who are calling? It is also very disappointing to see that another patient left a similar comment 2 years ago...I will most likely consider another PCP for my family before coming here again!
