Angier Medical Services

I worked in the medical field for 9 years. I can say for certain that this clinic has questionable billing practices. They have attempted billing me as a self pay patient 2 times even though my insurance was on file. I just got charged for services from a year ago! Billing claimed they didnt have my insurance on file. Im working with customer service (I had to call 3 times to reach someone willing to listen) to get things resolved. They did see inconsistencies on the back end. Luckily I have claim numbers proving insurance was billed and I wasnt supposed to pay anything for the visit. Im only giving an additional star because I loved working with Erica J Smith and I wish she went to a different clinic.

The receptionist/people that work in the front are very rude, i dont understand how they work in such a profession. They need to work at a warehouse where they dont have to deal with people.

Scam. I went several times to get shots, check ups and follow up visits. The second time I came in they tried to tell me I wasnt a patient. They were so unorganized they had to ask me for my medical records but it was supposed to be in their system. That could have been a mix up but it was very aggravating as a patient needing care. More recently, Brad Butler mentioned that symptoms I was experiencing were due to me being a woman when I was later diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I do not feel cared for at this establishment. Completely unprofessional.
