        Mental health/behavioral health department is trash. You could tell them all day long what would help you get better, but they operate on a "one size fits all" mentality for care and do not care what would actually help. You can't look out the windows. There are no low sensory accommodations. I never saw the same psychiatrist twice, and never for more than 5 minutes. No mental help was received during my stay. Staff is very loud and annoying.

        Only reason Im leaving one star is because I have to. Most of the ER doctors (not rn or lpns) are very incompetent. My daughter was seen last night (march 25 2024) at this hospital and the doctor was the very straw that broke the horses back. This particular doctor told us our daughter had a viral infection and turned out bacterial (possible pneumonia). Her white blood count was through the frigging roof and this doctor brushed it off said it was elevated but not to be alarmed about. There are better hospitals around the area. Please by any means necessary steer clear of this hospital at all cost.

        I'd really give this ER a 3.75. it was clean, staff was friendly and professional, & I wasn't there all night.
