        Have been very pleased with State Farm until recently - Marvin has always been great to talk to- today my husband visited about a claim that was paid to repair our vehicle and the vehicle broke down a couple of days later- because repair shop did not put transmission fluid back in- no leaks- but no fluid in transmission - the problem is the repair shop BUT the issue today with State Farm is not being able to assist or even listen to my husband's explanation of the situation-customer service today was the worst- their statement says (cares about your well-being and has your interest in mind) Feels as though the company we're paying in case something happens doesn't have time for our well-being or interest
