        Slow!!!!! There is one guy that basically hand washes every car before it goes through the tunnel. Is the equipment that poor that it requires this much pretreatment? It doesn’t matter that there are cars backed up to the street. A sense of urgency is vacant. Unlimited premium wash customer with two vehicles. I use 5 different locations, Aberdeen is the only location with this issue. Service: Auto detailing

        Too many frequent issues with both the wash and gate. And once you’re in line, you’re stuck until the issue can be resolved.

        If you have a monthly membership, you can go through the car wash as often as you like. The employees are very helpful. I’ve seen them removing junk from the bed of a pick up truck so that it could pass through the wash. Michael, at the Aberdeen Tidelwave noticed the dark scratches on my passenger rear view mirror and offered to buff them out. They were there for months and now you can’t even tell. Service: Scratch removal
