Allstate Insurance Agent: David H. Cohen

I signed up for insurance through this agency 6 months ago. I had not owned a car for several years, though I did have motorcycle insurance. I was quoted a higher rate because I did not have auto insurance for the 6 months proceeding, but that the rate would go down after the first 6 months. My policy became eligible for renewal recently, and I was told that they had changed their policy, and that I would not be eligible for the lower rate until I had been insured for a year (not 6 months). Definitely a bait-and-switch operation. I will renew, but will also shop around for a different carrier, and will switch. I suggest that anybody else looking for insurance shop around also.

Been with this Allstate office before the new owner. Never a problem

My experience was seamless and without unnesscary headaches. Both the repair shop and Allstate kept me posted throughout the process. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the paperwork. It was a positive experience.
