Really wonderful place and one particular staff Member- Angelic Ward went over and above to help me make sure I got a Covid testing appointment. I couldnt of done it without her -she was so helpful and she continues to be so helpful

Docs used to be one of the greatest places for medical care. My daughter has been going to a docs doctor since she was 6 months old we continued until she's now 15 but the service is going down beyond belief. I personally have a great doctor Dr. Gerdis and my daughter and husband see Dr Nishat. Their knowledgeable they get the job done as far as taking care of you. But the way the office itself is ran the receptionist with their attitudes spraying Lysol heavily when clients coming with a cough instead of offering a mask going on about how she can't take germs home I don't stand while she's working in the medical office or how she walks the streets you cannot avoid germs. Not quite sure of who is responsible for the way the office is ran but it's got to be better. and we don't take workers comp we don't take workers comp but if a person becomes sick the first person they see is their primary so when documentation is needed this should be no hesitation on whether or not a PCP can fill out the documentation .

This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a doctors office. Fist I must say, Dr.Nishat is EXCELLENT. The receptionist at the front desk is unprofessional, dismissive and has poor customer service. Unfortunately I do not know her name. She boldly lied and told me that the medical assistant, had called my insurance to pre authorize the medication. This was NOT true. This was at 8am. Based on her dismissive tone, I knew she was being untruthful. My insurance conveyed to me ,that no one from that office had contacted them. When my insurance called the office on my behalf , she never picked up the phone. When I called back a few minutes later, she told my insurance that the medical assistant is busy. Two hours later the medical assistant called me back , to inform me that I would have to wait till tomorrow to speak with the doctor. The receptionist is dishonest and has poor customer service.

Dr Gerdis is SUCH a good guy, but this place is administrated SO badly. It's like the dark ages. I wish he would join another practice.
