This is the second time I try their wash and fold services, and both times Ive found dirty / ruined clothing. Ive attached pictures of my white sheets that came back as an off white color. Also, there is literally a black stain on one of the sheets. The small white blanket literally came back tan. The small towel came back dirty. I even had to throw away a small towel because it was ruined. They turned most of my white sheets, pillow cases, and blankets into tan color. I am highly dissatisfied with the way my clothing was washed.

I just recently started using Sophie's Laundry for laundering of my whites/towels and, thus far, it has been a great experience working with them! I love that they use hypoallergenic soaps during washes (I have a dog who struggles with allergies, so this is awesome)! They're very accommodating and the service is quick. The location on 181st street is also very convenient. I will definitely return here for laundry services!
